摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic particle aggregate for a piezoelectric ceramic device having greater magnetic anisotropy than ceramic particles (single crystal particles). <P>SOLUTION: This production method includes (1) a preparation step for preparing slurry SL1 containing many ceramic particles CP, (2) a dispersion step for dispersing separately each ceramic particle CP by applying dispersion force to the ceramic particles CP in the slurry SL1, (3) an orientation step for aligning the crystal azimuth of each ceramic particle CP by applying a magnetic field onto the ceramic particles CP in the slurry SL1 after the dispersion step, (4) an aggregation step for producing a ceramic particle assembly AScp formed by aggregating a plurality of ceramic particles CP whose crystal azimuths are aligned by applying cohesive force to the ceramic particles CP in the slurry SL1 after the orientation step, and (5) a taking step for taking out the ceramic particle assembly AScp from the slurry SL1 after the aggregation step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
