<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance assemblability by simplifying the configuration of a second rotor including an induction magnetic pole array, and to enhance rigidity for the centrifugal force of the second rotor and motor torque. <P>SOLUTION: An outer rotor 30 configuring an induction magnetic pole array arranged between a stator and an inner rotor has a cylindrical rotor core 40, and first and second flanges 31, 32 at both ends. The rotor core 40 is constituted by laminating integrally annular soft magnetic materials in the axial direction. The rotor core 40 has a plurality of magnetic parts 41 extending in the axial direction at a fixed pitch in the circumferential direction and constituting induction magnetic poles, respectively, and a plurality of coupling parts 43 coupling the adjoining magnetic parts 41, respectively.
