CONSTITUTION: A design forming method of compressive stress layer on a surface of glass substrate comprises the following steps: a glass substrate is provided; a design prescribed mask is formed on the surface of the glass substrate; a chemical ion strengthening processing is done on the glass substrate and forms the compressive stress layer on unmarked area of the glass substrate; and a mask is removed from the surface of the glass substrate and the design of compressive stress layer equipped glass substrate is formed. The design of the mask comprises multiple hollow are and covering area. On the chemical ion strengthening process, salt bath(62) of chemically strengthening solution(63) is dipped on the mask formed glass substrate to process the ion exchange treatment to be exchanged with electrode like ion of the glass substrate or oxidized ion.
