CONSTITUTION: A soundproof window system using a contact member and a shielding bar comprises a window(103) and a window frame(101). One or more rails are formed on the window. The window frame is slid along the rails. When the window is closed, the window frame is slid to the center of the window. A contact member(104) is attached on the side surface of the window.
