The device (1) has a drain (5) comprising a prefabricated module (10) with an L-section whose branches define a bottom (6) and a longitudinal wall (7) of the drain. A prefabricated block (11) with an I-section forms another longitudinal wall (8) of the drain. The module is arranged to be fixed on a bearing structure (12) bordering a basin surface (2). A watertight facing (14) is arranged to cover an upper face (13) of the module in contact with collected water and a junction zone (15) that is located between the drain and the structure when the module is fixed on the structure.
