<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell and manufacturing method therefor, capable of simplifying a manufacturing method, and a solar cell module with the plurality of solar cells connected in series. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell includes: a metal layer; a barrier layer, a back electrode layer and a power generation layer laminated on the metal layer in order; a through hole that penetrates from a surface of the power generation layer to a surface of the metal layer; and a surface electrode layer that is formed in the through hole to be in contact with the surface of the metal layer under a state isolated from the back electrode layer and extends on the power generation layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
