PURPOSE: A cellulose acylate laminate film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use an additive which implements retardation and high dimensional stability, and to suppress an additive bleeding effect. CONSTITUTION: A cellulose acylate laminate film comprises an intermediate layer(10) and surface layers(20a,20b). The intermediate layer includes a cellulose acylate resin and a retardation depressant. The surface layer includes the cellulose acylate resin on both sides of the intermediate layer. The substitution degree of the cellulose acylate resin which is used on the intermediate layer is 2.7-2.9. The substitution degree of the cellulose acylate resin which is used on the surface layer is 2.8-2.95. The substitution degree of the cellulose acylate resin which is used on the intermediate layer and on the surface layer is indicated as equation 1.
