ANCILLARY SHORING DEVICE

An independently standing ancillary shoring device (100) can be used in both construction-related and non-construction-related (setting) activities, and can be used without anchorage to a foundation. The construction of the ancillary shoring device (100) is related to predetermined requirements as to use and manufacturing. In any case, in view thereof, the ancillary shoring device (100) is provided with a supporting construction having at least two supporting points (2, 3, 5) for supporting the ancillary shoring device (100) on a foundation, object receiving means (16, 19) for receiving an object to be fixed, and coupling means (13, 14) for coupling the object receiving means (16, 19) to other components of the ancillary shoring device (100), wherein the coupling means (13, 14) are adapted to allow for an adjustment of the object receiving means (16, 19) with respect to the other components of the ancillary shoring device (100). For maximum setting possibilities, the coupling means (13, 14) can be located on a construction which is arranged such as to be fixable and tiltable in the ancillary shoring device (100).
