<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance operation device of an elevator enabling maintenance operation without causing any trouble to users even if controlling operations of a plurality of the elevators with call buttons of landings of the same system. <P>SOLUTION: The maintenance operation device of an elevator has a configuration provided with: a maintenance operation mode detection device that detects the switch-on of at least one of an in-car maintenance operation switch and an on-car maintenance operation switch of the elevator and commands the maintenance operation of a car; a maintenance preparatory traveling device that, when the maintenance operation mode detection device commands the maintenance operation, makes the car travel to either of a hoistway bottom from a lowest floor, and a position enabling a worker to move to a place on the car from a landing other than the lowest floor according to the operation of the call button of the landing set to the car landing; and a first special call register change device that starts the maintenance preparatory traveling device only when the landing call button is operated in a predetermined manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
