Disclosed are a multi-electrode beam focusing regulation device and method, including: a main control computer (1), an optical fibre communication card (2), an I/O signal controller (3), a programmable multi-path output DC power source (4), a pillar-shaped electrode group (5), and an insulation cavity (6). It is characterized in that the optical fibre communication card (2) is inserted into a PCI socket of the main control computer (1) and signals are transmitted between the optical fibre communication card (2) and the I/O signal controller (3) via an optical fibre. The I/O signal controller (3) is connected to the programmable multi-path output DC power source (4) and is responsible for sending a voltage output command to the programmable multi-path output DC power source (4) and collecting a feedback voltage.
