<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory device capable of preventing a main body and a rotary member from sticking with each other. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 3 has a mounting member 331 as an accessory device which is fixed to an accessory shoe 103 of an imaging apparatus 1. The mounting member 331 includes: a sleeve member 3352 which protrudes from the main body of the display device 3 and has an external thread portion on the outer circumference thereof; a protruding portion 3311 enclosing the sleeve member 3352; and a fixing member 3352 having an internal thread portion, which is screwed over the external thread portion of the sleeve member 3352 on the inner circumference thereof, and which is movable in a direction parallel to a rotation axis to be brought into contact with the front end of the accessory shoe 103 and the protruding portion 3311 by a rotation operation.
