<p>With the present invention, an object is imaged at a first direction and a first angle of elevation, resulting in a first x-ray image being acquired, and the object is imaged at a second direction and a second angle of elevation, resulting in a second x-ray image being acquired. Cross-section data of the object is acquired on the basis of the two x-ray images. The first and second x-ray images are converted to first and second depth data, and, based on the first depth data, first cross-section data with a first-side face of the object as a reference, and second cross-section data with a second-side face of the object as a reference, are acquired. Based on the second depth data, third and fourth cross-section data are acquired. Cross-section data of the object is thus obtained from the cross-section data by partially extracting and compositing cross-section data of a high-reliability region.</p> |
