<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply adjust the width of a guide groove of a rotor according to the sizes of tablets to be discharged. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor is constituted of a rotor core member 11, a drive gear 12, a movable piece 13, a movable piece upper member 14, a movable piece drive plate 15, a groove depth adjustment screw 16, a first movable plate 17, a second movable plate 18, a groove width adjustment member 19, a tablet pressing member 20, a rotor cover 21, and a rotor cap 22. The movable plates 17, 18, relatively movable to the circumference direction of the rotor, form side faces of a plurality of grooves guiding tablets.
