<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a constant amount of liquid, and to reduce costs. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid supply device feeds water from a storage tank 1 through an inlet 9 to a measuring tank 8, and supplies the water to a water-receiving container through a supply port 22a by the use of air supplied to the measuring tank 8 from an air pump 18. The inlet 9 is provided with a check valve 13 that regulates the reverse flow of water from the measuring tank 8 to the storage tank 1. The height position A of the uppermost part 8a in the inner space of the measuring tank 8 is positioned to be lower than the height position B of the lowermost part 1a in the inner space of the storage tank 1. the height position D of the air pump 18 and the height position E of the supply port 22a are positioned to be higher than the height position C of the uppermost part 1b in the inner space in the storage tank 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
