<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film that has both shape retaining and barrier properties, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The shape retaining barrier film includes an ethylene homopolymer or an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer containing less than 2 wt.% 3-6C α-olefin, whose density is more than 950 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>and weight average molecular weight (Mw)/number average molecular weight (Mn) is 5-20, and has a long periodical structure within a range of 22-40 nm measured by the small angle X-ray scattering method, a ratio F of a periodical crystal of 0.015-0.08, a tensile modulus in a direction of the long periodical structure of 5-50 GPa, and a water vapour permeation measured in accordance with JIS K7129 at 40°C and 90%RH of 2.5 g/(m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>×24hr) or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
