PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic hard coat resin composition generating no interference fringes when the coated film is formed on a triacetylcellulose film.

SOLUTION: The antistatic hard coat resin composition contains a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate or hexamethylene diisocyanate and a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate, and a quaternary ammonium base-containing polymer (B).
