<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut foods mechanically, horizontally without spoiling an external appearance of the foods, and to efficiently add an additive to between the cut foods. <P>SOLUTION: This cutting device of foods has: an upper chuck part 3 for holding an upper part of foods; a lower chuck part 4 for holding a lower part of the foods; a cutting part 6 for cutting the foods; an adding part 7 for adding an additive to the foods; and a fitting part 8 for fitting a cutting plane of the foods. The cutting part 6 cuts the foods into an upper part and a lower part in a state in which the foods are held by the upper chuck part 3 and the lower chuck part 4. The adding part 7 adds the additive to the cutting plane of both or either one of the lower part and upper part of the foods held by the lower chuck part 4. After the additive is added to the cutting plane of the foods, the fitting part 8 fits the cutting plane of the upper part of the foods held by the upper chuck part 3 to the cutting plane of the lower part of the foods held by the lower chuck part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
