<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device configured to, in moving a virtual camera and/or an object to be operated to a desired target position in a desired moving mode, designate the desired target position and the desired moving mode through one operation. <P>SOLUTION: An operation time information acquisition unit (92) acquires information on the time required for designation operation for designating a partial area in a screen. A movement control unit (93) moves the virtual camera and/or the object to be operated close to a region of interest in a virtual space displayed in the partial area. A target position determination unit (94) determines the target position of the virtual camera and/or the object to be operated, on the basis of the position in the virtual space of the partial area and the size of the partial area.
