<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of cooling according to the storage condition of substances to be stored in the inside of the refrigerator. <P>SOLUTION: A refrigerator is equipped with light sources 20a, 20b arranged in the inside of a storage compartment, an optical sensor 21 for detecting irradiation light irradiated from the light sources 20a, 20b, a calculation control section 1 for calculating and processing based on the detecting result of the optical sensor 21, the detecting brightness in the optical sensor 21 detects indirect irradiated light including reflected light in the wall faces and the substances to be stored in the storage compartment, a light receiving stability by the optical sensor 21 is raised, an estimating accuracy of the storage quantity in the calculation control section can be enhanced, and cooling or output can be controlled according to the storage state of the substances to be stored in the refrigerator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
