PURPOSE: A drain plug is provided to prevent re-separation of trapped metallic impurities due to flow of oil or water, by forming a collection space for trapping the metallic impurities. CONSTITUTION: A drain body(1) has a head part in the lower part thereof and has a bolt part(12) of which diameter is smaller than the diameter of a head part, in the upper part thereof. A collection space(13) is formed in the inner part of the bolt part. A magnet is installed in the lower part of the collection space. The head part is hexagonal. The outer circumference of the bolt part has a bolt screw. The depth of the collection space is two times or more of the thickness of the magnet. Steps are formed on the cross section of the magnet.
