<p>PURPOSE: A vehicle operation auxiliary system including a danger phased warning function and a method thereof are provided to supply a proper warning measure and to subdivide a danger state into phases by synthetically considering a plurality of elements regarding to a danger degree during driving. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle operation auxiliary system including a danger phased warning function comprises a driving state sensing unit(10), a vehicle speed sensor(20), a navigation device(30), a standard data storage unit(40), a warning output unit(60), and a control unit(50). The driving state sensing unit senses carelessness driving or drowsy driving of a driver. The standard data storage unit stores a danger phased standard value including output information of the navigation device, the driving state sensing unit, and vehicle speed sensor as a factor. The warning output unit outputs various warning messages corresponding to a danger state to the driver according to a control signal outputted from the control unit. The control unit controls the warning output unit according to each driving danger degree and outputs a warning signal corresponding to the driving danger degree.
