摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double layer capacitor where the potential difference between a cathode and an anode is adjusted, the energy density of a cell is increased, and the withstand voltage is improved.

SOLUTION: The electric double layer capacitor includes: an anode 20 formed by applying a conductive layer 123 and an anode active material layer 122 onto an anode current collector 121; and a cathode including a cathode active material layer 112 on a cathode current collector 111.
