<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual-open binding tool configured to stabilize a close state of the binding tool and achieve smooth opening-closing operation while minimizing configuration change of a conventional dual-open binding tool. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of opening and closing side plates 20 are provided on both longitudinal edges of a base plate 10 of a rectangular shape. Holding comb plates 30 are provided inside the opening and closing side plates 20. Engaged parts 31 are formed on the comb plates 30. The engaged parts 31 can be engaged with or disengaged from engaging parts 21 formed on the inside of the opening and closing side plates 20. When the comb plate 30 is held on the inside of the opening and closing side plate 20, the comb plate 30 is pressed in an engaging part 21 direction by a shock absorbing material 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
