<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel for use for lighting that can suppress color shading and achieves lighting control and color matching. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the organic EL panel having a transparent electrode layer formed in stripes, a light emission layer formed in dots on the transparent electrode layer and having a plurality of kinds of light emission parts different in light emission color arranged in a plane, and a counter electrode layer formed in a pattern on the light emission layer, and extending in a direction obliquely crossing a length direction of the transparent electrode layer, the organic EL panel being characterized in that the light emission parts are arranged such that other kinds of light emission parts are arranged on upper and lower, and right and left sides of one kind of light emission part, and the counter electrode layer is arranged for each kind of light emission part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
