<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion material which can prevent the appearance of deposit more than before in a cushion material which is used suitably as a cushion material or the like for a substrate for a flat panel display or a display module for a flat panel display. <P>SOLUTION: This is a cushion material where resin foam is used.
