<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mix door structure of a vehicle air conditioner, configured to smoothly and accurately move an air mix door by absorbing a dimensional error to appropriately hold engagement conditions of gear parts. <P>SOLUTION: An intermediate gear member 100 includes an output gear part 103 and a common shaft part 101 to be fixed to a center shaft member 60f. The common shaft part 101 and tooth parts 104 of an adjusting gear part 102 or the output gear part 103 are continued by a disk surface part 105.
