<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backup board for drilling configured to utilize the advantage of glass fiber, to improve a function of preventing a degradation in quality such as burr of a hole, a degradation in positional accuracy of the hole. <P>SOLUTION: A backup board is formed by laminating surface layers S on both surfaces of a core layer C. The surface layer S is formed by impregnating glass nonwoven fabric with epoxy resin. The core layer C is formed by impregnating glass woven fabric with epoxy resin. A filler is added to the epoxy resin when necessary to make beforehand a core layer prepreg constituting the core layer C and a surface layer prepreg constituting the surface layer S. The core layer prepreg and surface layer prepreg are laminated, heated and press-formed. The backup board satisfies Ts≥0.1 and T=1 to 2, when Tc is the thickness of the core layer, Ts is the thickness of the surface layer C, and the overall length is T(=Tc+2Ts). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
