<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test kit for an antibody titer or an antibody in a blood specimen relative to periodontal pathogens, capable of testing periodontal diseases of patients having a wide range of immunology types at high accuracy and enabling high speed processing using an automated device; periodontal pathogen antigenic proteins suitably usable for the kit; a method of testing an antibody titer or the presence of antibodies in a blood specimen using the kit; and a kit for typing Porphyromonas gingivalis strains. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a test kit for periodontal pathogen blood plasma containing a polypeptide having one or more amino acid sequences selected from a group of specific sequences or a serum antibody titer, and a method for measuring an antibody titer relative to periodontal pathogens or the presence of antibodies in the blood specimen, including: bringing a blood specimen removed from a human body into contact with the series of polypeptides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
