<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit including a circuit unit which operates normally even with an unstable voltage, especially a low supply voltage, without making any modification of a power supply unit (energy harvesting device). <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit includes a first circuit block surrounded by a first power supply ring connected with an external power supply, and a second circuit block surrounded by a second power supply ring connected with an external power supply via the first power supply ring.
