<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift suitable for introducing a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The lift 100 includes: a support winch 116 comprising a support drum 116a on which support wire 102 connected to a grab bucket 14 is wound, and a support motor that rotates the support drum 116a; a power source device 124 that supplies the support motor with electricity in raising the grab bucket 14 and accumulates electricity generated by the support motor in a secondary battery in lowering the grab bucket 14; a first electric chamber that houses the secondary battery; a second electric chamber that houses other components; a first air conditioner that controls the temperature of the first electric chamber; a second air conditioner that controls the temperature of the second electric chamber; a first controller that controls the operation of the first air conditioner; and a second controller that controls the operation of the second air conditioner. The first controller controls the temperature in the first electric chamber to be substantially constant.
