A frame of a filter element of a bag filter with vertical arrangement of bags consists of a fastener and separate parts comprising integrally interconnected longitudinal and transverse ribs made of metal wires. Separate parts of the frame are movably interconnected and one of the frame parts is movably connected with a fastener with ring-shaped parts made with possibility of quick connection of the frame parts and quick disconnection of the frame part with from the fastener. The number of ring-shaped parts needed to connect two parts of the frame or connection of the frame part with the fastener shall not be less than three. Maximum distance between two connected parts of the frame and the distance between one of the frame parts and the fastener is in the range from 20 mm to 200 mm, and the length of the frame parts is in the range from 200 mm to 2000 mm. Frame parts have transverse ribs made of metal wire in the form of a regular circle, and the distance between transverse ribs of frame is in the range from 50 mm to 200 mm. The distance between the transverse rib of frame and end piece lies in the range from 20 mm to 200 mm. The inner diameter of the transverse rib of frame lies from 90 mm to 150 mm. Number of the longitudinal ribs of each part of frame, which are also made of metal wires is in the range from six to fifteen. The cross sectional area of wires of transverse ribs of frame is in the range from 5 mmto 38 mm. The cross sectional area of the wires of longitudinal ribs of frame is in the range from 5 mmto 38 mm. |
