PURPOSE: A counter bore tool which is controlled with a pressure medium including a piston-cylinder unit is provided to improving stability of a process by providing a high returning force to a cutter which is circulated to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A counter bore tool(1) comprises a pressure medium(14), a cutter(8), and a by-pass bore(19). The pressure medium operates in a pivot position of the counter bore tool. The pressure medium controls rotation movement(11,12) of the cutter by operating a piston-cylinder unit. The cutter cuts metal. The cutter is operated by one or more piston-cylinder units(49,55). The by-pass bore is arranged in a longitudinal direction of the counter bore tool. The by-pass bore serves to ensure flushing and cooling of the cutter. |
