<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refer to information of fire alarm facilities as need arises. <P>SOLUTION: An external server SV1 as an information server receives information of automatic fire alarm facilities installed at a fire protection object via a network and stores it therein. The external server SV1 receives setting of a password to be an access authorization of a customer side, permits a connection request with the password of an agent-side terminal and, when the connection is finished, the password is deleted to disapprove the connection. The access right is just one time, so that a right for accessing thereto after the fact is deleted.
