Disclosed are a data transfer method and a data transfer device. The method includes: a first data transfer device sending a first transmission frame to a second data transfer device, the first transmission frame containing information about cache data to be transmitted to the second data transfer device in the first data transfer device, the first data transfer device acquiring an authorization initiated toward the first data transfer device by the second data transfer device which has a transmission opportunity according to the information about the cache data, and the first data transfer device using the authorization to transmit the cache data to the second data transfer device.
