The flow thereof bends in an X axis direction downstream and the flow bends in the +Y axis direction and the -Y axis direction further downstream. Even further downstream, the flow joins and bends in the -X axis direction. Furthermore, the flow bends in the +Z axis direction even further downstream and the flow bends in the +Xaxis direction even further downstream. Even further downstream, the flow bends in the -Z axis direction and the flow bends in the +X axis direction even further downstream. In the fluid mixer 921, stay time of the component to be detected flowing in the fluid mixer 921 is identical regardless of the place where the component to be detected flows in at an entrance cross-section of the fluid mixer 921.
