<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate angle adjustment of a camera. <P>SOLUTION: Support parts 18 and 19 of a mounting member 15 on which a camera 2 is mounted are provided with first screw holes 18a and 19a to which guide screws 20 are fitted, and supported pieces 18b and 19b. The supported pieces 18b and 19b are inserted into support grooves 28 and 36 of support bracket 23 and 24, and the leading end part of the guide screws 20 are engaged with long holes 29 and 37, thereby a camera unit 4 is supported by the support brackets 23 and 24 so as to be freely swung. Contact piece 18c of the camera unit 4, to which the habit of swing has been imparted by own weight of the camera 2, contacts the leading end of an angle adjustment screw 32 fitted to a second screw hole 30a of the one support bracket 23.
