A ventilating device and a cap comprising the same are provided to circulate the air in a ventilation space continuously without supply of external power by comprising a bent panel portion consisting of plural bent panels. The ventilating device comprises a support structure portion(110) and a bent panel portion(120) consisting of plural bent panels(121). On the bent panel(121), one or more bent portions(121a) are formed. The installation space of the bent panel(121) is smaller than the height of the bent panel(121). The support structure(110) includes an upper plate(111), a lower plate(117) and a side member(115). Ventilation holes(111a) are formed on the upper plate(111). One side of the bent panel is attached to the upper plate(111). The other side of the bent panel(121) is attached to the lower plate(117). |
