<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peripheral structure of a seat bracket that is a simple structure and can increase a seat mounting strength without increasing weight and without increasing a structural restriction. <P>SOLUTION: The peripheral structure of the seat bracket includes: a side member 3 that takes along the back and forth direction at a floor panel 2 lower surface; a side sill 4 that projects upward from the floor panel 2 and takes along the back and forth direction outside the vehicle width direction side member 3; and a nearly box shape seat bracket 5 that matches the position in the vehicle width direction to the side member 3 in the proximity position of the side member 3 and the side sill 4 and is disposed on the upper surface of the floor panel 2, wherein the side member 3 has a cross section of upper end aperture hat shape; the side member 3 expands in the vehicle width direction toward backward from forward; the flange 3c of the side member 3 is installed on the floor panel 2 lower surface; an outer edge 6a in the vehicle width direction of a brace 6 between the side sill 4 and the seat bracket 5 is connected to the upper part of the side sill 4, and the center side end 6b in the vehicle width direction of the brace 6 is connected to the upper part of the seat bracket 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
