<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe plug connector for wiring. <P>SOLUTION: An insertion plug 1 according to the present invention includes: a pair of plug blades 11; an arrester element 15 electrically connected to the pair of plug blades 11; and a casing 10 which houses the arrester element 15 and houses and fixes base parts of the plug blades 11 while exposing insertion parts of the plug blades 11 to the outside.
