<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily grilling machine for clams which can grill a conch or clam without spilling juice since it is difficult to put the clam on a grill at an intended angle, or to move the grilled clam to a plate when grilling the clam on the grill directly, thus, there has been a great risk of spilling the juice. <P>SOLUTION: In the easily grilling machine for clams, claws 3, 4 for supporting the clam are punched through a thin metal plate 2. The clams 3, 4 are risen according to the kind of the clam to horizontally place the clam.
