<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet superior in chemical resistance and initial adhesion of a primer layer between a colored layer and a surface protective layer, a method of manufacturing the same, and a decorative molded article. <P>SOLUTION: A decorative sheet includes at least a colored layer, a primer layer, and a surface protective layer on a base material in this order. The surface protective layer is a cured material of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition. The primer layer is a cured material of a primer composition containing polyol and isocyanate. Further, a glass transition temperature Tg of the polyol is 55°C or more, and its hydroxyl value is 30-130 mgKOH/g.
