<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine printing device capable of achieving the miniaturization of the device, capable of performing highly accurate fine printing, and capable of achieving enhancement of productivity by shortening a tact time. <P>SOLUTION: The fine printing device includes: a base material table 1 on which a base material becoming an object to be printed is mounted; a printing plate table 2 on which a printing plate member where a recess corresponding to a printing pattern is formed in the surface, is mounted; a printing unit 3 for printing ink on the base material; and a printing unit 3 moving means reciprocally moving the printing unit 3 in a horizontal direction. The printing unit 3 is constituted by integrating a squeegee 31 having doctor blades 33, 34 and a blanket roll 32 transferring the ink fed to the recess to a surface and printing the transferred ink to the surface of the base material. The base table 1 and the printing plate table 2 are fixed, and the printing unit 3 reciprocally moves in a horizontal direction by the printing unit 3 moving means, and thereby the base material is printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
