PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an analog-digital converter (ADC) for which a mode of shifting the ramp start potential of a ramp signal prior to the beginning of a change dependent on ramp signal potential time has been known, that since the conventional method of shifting this ramp signal potential involved applying current to an integral capacitance inserted between the input/output terminals of an integration amplifier to charge and discharge to and from it, a finite period was needed for charging and discharging the integral capacitance in order to shift the ramp start potential of the ramp signal.

SOLUTION: A ramp signal output circuit is characterized in that a voltage supply unit which shifts the ramp start potential of a ramp signal is included.
