<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter press apparatus in which a clamping device is downsized and a manufacturing cost is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The filter press apparatus includes: a rear head 1 and a first head 3 which are disposed so as to face each other by holding a filter plate group 5 therebetween; a loose head 2 which is arranged between the rear head 1 and the filter plate group 5 and is disposed so as to freely move forwards and backwards toward the first head 3; a clamping mechanism 6 which makes the loose head 2 advance toward the filter plate group 5 to clamp the filter plate group 5; a load bearing column 71 and a load bearing column 72 which extend from the rear head 1 and the loose head 2 respectively so as to face each other; and a cotter 73 which is inserted between these load-bearing columns. The filter press apparatus is provided with a load replacing and bearing mechanism 7 which is provided so that the top end surface of either one load-bearing column or top end surfaces of both load-bearing columns are inclined so that a space between those load-bearing columns becomes narrower toward a direction where the cotter 73 is inserted and the surface of the cotter 73 facing the inclined top end surface is inclined with the same inclination angle as the inclination angle of the inclined top end surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
