<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port closing device for a compressor, by which an airtightness test of the compressor can be performed, even in a compressor with sealing performed between a circumference of a port and an external pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The port closing device for the compressor includes a packing 21 for closing a port for passing refrigerant gas provided in a housing 11 of the compressor 10, and a cap 22 holding the packing 21 and fixed by a fixing bolt 18 to the housing 11. The packing 21 has a circumferential surface part 28 formed at one end, the other end, and a portion between the one end and the other end, the one end has a flat seal part 30 in abutment with a planar sealed surface formed on the circumference of the port. The cap 22 has a packing holding part 34A which makes pressure-contact with the circumferential surface part 28 to hold the packing 21, a packing pressing part 34B which comes into abutment with the other end to press the packing 21, and a through-hole 35 formed in the packing pressing part 34B to open the other end to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
