<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate intuitive grasp of operation control of a spherical motor capable of rotation with three or more degrees of freedom. <P>SOLUTION: A spherical motor controller comprises: a field coil conduction pattern generation unit 201 which generates a conduction pattern to the field coil 309 of a spherical motor 300 to cause the rotor of the spherical motor 300 to operate, on the basis of a signal output relating to the movement of an approximately spherical rotation body rotatable in an arbitrary direction; and a drive signal output unit 202 which outputs a drive signal based on the conduction pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
