<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of treating a resin wire saw with which components such as abrasive grains and wires can be efficiently separated and collected from a used resin wire saw and an environmental load is hardly generated. <P>SOLUTION: A resin wire saw treatment apparatus 10 includes: a pre-roller 11 and a post-roller 12 serving as conveyance means for driving the resin wire saw 20 after use in its longitudinal direction; and a pulley 13 rotatably disposed in a midway between the pre-roller 11 and the post-roller 12 which form a travelling path of the resin wire saw 20. The used resin wire saw 20 which travels in the direction of an arrow (A) is extended from the pre-roller 11 and wound to the pulley 13, then wound around a circumference of the pulley 13 by ten turns, and thereafter, extended to the post-roller 12. Collected substances 15 (resin R and diamond abrasive grains D) separated from the resin wire saw 20 turning together with the pulley 13 are heat-treated in an electric furnace.
