PURPOSE: A fuel mixing device and a vessel with the same are provided to improve fuel combustion efficiency of an engine by supplying fuel to the engine after mixing in oxygen which is minutely dispersed when the oxygen and the fuel pass through a mixing groove. CONSTITUTION: A fuel mixing device comprises a first housing unit(121), a second housing unit(151), a rotary member(155), and a driving unit(190). The first housing unit includes a preliminary groove(123). The second housing unit is joined to one side of the first housing unit and includes a plurality of containing grooves(151a) connected to the preliminary groove inside. The rotary unit is arranged inside the second housing unit to be rotatable and includes a plurality of mixing grooves(1552,1553). The driving unit is joined to one side of the second housing unit and provides torque to the rotary unit.
