PURPOSE: A dust occurrence preventing stripper is provided to wash dust, which is generated when rolling a material, with water which is sprayed from a striper. CONSTITUTION: A dust occurrence preventing stripper comprises a water path(11), a water channel pipe(20), spraying grooves(12), and spraying outlets(30). The water path is formed in the body of the device which guides a material(2) which is rolled on a roller(1). The water channel pipe(20) is installed in the water path to run water. The spraying grooves are formed in the body to spray water which flows through the water channel pipe. The spraying outlets are installed on the spraying grooves, respectively, and coupled with the water channel pipe, thereby spraying water which flows through the water channel pipe.
