PURPOSE: A plasma skin care device is provided to be used in a skin therapy by producing glow plasma with RF(Radio Frequency) power as an energy source. CONSTITUTION: A plasma skin care device comprises an RF(Radio Frequency) power supplier(10) which supplies RF electricity; a gas supplier(20) which supplies a catalytic gas for generating a plasma; a plasma generator(30) which is provided with the electricity and the catalytic gas from the RF power supplier and the gas supplier, and which produces a glow plasma which is irradiated to the skin. The plasma generator comprises an electrode having an end portion in a dorm shape and a body in a circular columnar shape; an electrode ring in which an outlet hole is formed and a protrusion part is consecutively formed around the outlet hole; and a case which is grounded to the outside.
